Simon joined Carr & Priddle in November 2019 following five years at a Brighton property consultancy. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of retail, restaurant and office space in Brighton & Hove as well as lease advisory and investments. In his spare time Simon supports Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex (COYS), goes to gigs, the gym and running (slowly) on Brighton Seafront.
Jenny Hopkins
Negotiator
Jenny joined Carr and Priddle Commercial Agency team based in Brighton in February 2024, having previously held the position of Commercial Negotiator in an established East Sussex based commercial agency and previous to this worked in Residential. She is experienced in a range of commercial agency including industrial, retail, office space and investment properties. Outside of work, Jenny is a Gym goer, loves spending time with friends and family, and enjoys cooking and traveling.
