Michael has more than 25 years’ experience having worked in the construction industry since graduating from university. His vast experience covers both social housing and the private sector, particularly compliance. Michael very much enjoys the variation of his role as director of Carr Priddle Management. In his spare time, Michael relaxes by walking his miniature Schnauzer and enjoys gardening and cycling.

Grahame has been working in the property industry since 2008. For 10 years he spent time in the social housing sector and was employed by two of UK's largest social housing providers, specialising in statutory property compliance and fire safety. This included all aspects of health and safety alongside specifications and overseeing construction and repair works. Grahame enjoys property design and development and has a degree in three-dimensional design, including silversmithing and furniture. He also enjoys socialising and long walks with his dog, Hector.
