What we do

We proactively market your property to ensure we deliver successful results that maximise your investment and achieve your business objectives.

  • Meet with the client to understand the business objectives and provide initial advice.
  • Provide a detailed sale strategy advising on market conditions, sale terms, capital values and legal compliance.
  • Conduct a comprehensive marketing campaign to deliver the purchaser who adds real value and meets the client’s needs.
  • Negotiate and agree the optimum sale terms and conditions for client approval.
  • Identify and resolve any outstanding issues before instructing solicitors.
  • Throughout the legal process advise the client and work with solicitors to completion.

Simon joined Carr & Priddle in November 2019 following five years at a Brighton property consultancy. He specialises in the acquisition and disposal of retail, restaurant and office space in Brighton & Hove as well as lease advisory and investments. In his spare time Simon supports Brighton & Hove Albion at the Amex (COYS), goes to gigs, the gym and running (slowly) on Brighton Seafront.
